I had a delightful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and cozy, and I was excited to wake up to a superb breakfast before my day-long tour. Though the rooms were slightly small with thin walls, it didn't bother me much. The staff were incredibly helpful and sincere, unlike the usual robotic attitudes you find elsewhere. The location was perfect, just a couple of blocks away from the famous Chapel Bridge and less than a 5-minute walk from the train station. The dining experience was terrific, especially the great coffee and croissants. Overall, a great value for money!

The Neustadt Apartment is like stepping into a very modern and comfortable new apartment. The place had plenty of space, making it so cozy and comfortable, but it can be a bit narrow and crowded during check-in.
